The Field Crops Department, in cooperation with the Plant Protection Department at the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra, is holding a two-week training course on "Skills Development in the Production and Marketing of Seeds, Pesticides, and Agricultural Fertilizers." The course is for a group of employees of the General Company for Agricultural Supplies in Basra Governorate. The aim is to develop scientific and practical skills in the production and marketing of seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides. A select group of professors from the Field Crops and Plant Protection departments are participating in the course.
