Dr. Habib Mohsen Hammadi, a lecturer at the College of Agriculture at the University of Basra, participated in a workshop on preparing trainers in soft skills in academic settings. The workshop was held by Gulf College in cooperation with the International Institute for Training and Institutional Development in the Sultanate of Oman.

The workshop aimed to train teaching and administrative staff on advanced teaching methods that integrate soft skills into university education, enhancing the quality of outcomes and preparing graduates for the business world and future skills.

At the conclusion of the workshop, participants were awarded certificates from the institute accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation in the Sultanate of Oman and accredited by UK.CPD, a British accreditation that ensures the quality of the program and provides participants with recognized academic and professional added value, enhancing their position in the labor market.
