Professor Dr. Waleed Latif Mu'ayridh, a faculty member in the Student Activities Division/Sports Unit at the College of Agriculture, University of Basrah, participated in refereeing the final match of the first-year Civil Engineering Department championship at the College of Engineering, University of Basrah.

The match pitted the Chemical Engineering Department team against the Aluminum Engineering Department team, and was characterized by a distinguished sporting atmosphere that reflected the spirit of friendly competition among the students.

This participation comes within the framework of ongoing cooperation and coordination among the colleges of the University of Basrah in the field of student activities, and in support of sports initiatives that promote teamwork and a sense of university belonging among students.
