The Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Unit at the College of Agriculture, University of Basra, organized a volunteer campaign to clean the unit's laboratory and shaded area. Faculty members and staff participated in the initiative, which aimed to foster teamwork and a sense of belonging to the academic institution.

This initiative was launched under the guidance of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Sarmad Ghazi Mohammed Al-Shawi, with the goal of improving the work and research environment and providing a suitable atmosphere for students and researchers.

The collaborative efforts resulted in a fresh look for the unit's facilities, underscoring the importance of volunteer initiatives in strengthening the values ​​of cooperation, belonging, and teamwork within the university.
