The College of Agriculture at the University of Basra organized an educational seminar on positive thinking for university students.
The seminar, presented by Dr. Mohammed Malik Yassin, aimed to define both positive and negative thinking.
It included a discussion of some types of negative thinking, its dangers, and the differences between positive and negative thinking. The seminar also addressed solutions for shifting from negative to positive thinking, outlining the steps involved in developing positive thinking, including reflecting on beliefs and ideas, taking responsibility, and avoiding exaggerating problems.
