
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, has decided to allow high school graduates of the 2023/2024 academic year, with an average grade of 90 or higher, and born in 1995 or later, to apply to the centralized university admissions system for the 2025/2026 academic year, in all public and private university programs, exempting them from the age requirement, in recognition of their academic excellence and in appreciation of their academic aspirations.
In the same context, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, issued a decision granting a one-year grace period to students in their penultimate year of study, who will be registered for the 2024/2025 academic year, to address exceptional circumstances that prevented them from successfully completing the academic year.
