Assistant Professor Dr. Hamza Abbas Hamza, from the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering at the College of Agriculture, University of Basra, has been promoted to the rank of Professor. This promotion was granted after he fulfilled all the requirements for academic advancement stipulated in the promotions law.

It is worth noting that Professor Dr. Hamza Abbas Hamza specializes in fruit storage technologies within the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering.
